Small triangle dangle earrings TED

When I sell in person at markets, I often have ladies coming up to me, stunned at the kaleidoscopic array before them, telling me how they love the colours and designs, but they don't dare to wear such large earrings.

And so I present to you meeker souls the TED earrings, my littlest colourful offering.

The TED earrings only measure about 4 to 4.5cm long, and about 3.5cm wide when worn.

They have a compact design that isn't fussy, because the earposts are mounted on the back, and there are no small dangling components that can snag.

These cute little earrings were lovingly and entirely hand-crafted from polymer clay, which is a very lightweight clay that can be cured in home ovens. Polymer clay is prized for its lightweight and durable nature. Despite the word "clay" in its name, these earrings are not going to require any gentle handling or break when dropped. And they are definitely nothing like the clunky ceramics you might think of. This gives them their edge over the usual large earrings: these are incredibly light and comfortable to wear. Each earring weighs a mere 3.0g.

The surface of these earrings isn't smooth but is rather textured like a very fine sponge. 

The earposts mounted on the back are hypoallergenic surgical stainless steel and suitable for most sensitive earlobes. All ear posts are sterilised with alcohol before shipping. The position of the earposts means that depending on where your earlobes are pierced, the TED earrings might sit and hang differently. The main stud might sit or hang as a usual triangle (with two smaller triangles hanging off each of the bottom corners), OR the main ear stud might sit as an inverted triangle, so that one of the smaller hanging triangles is dangling at a higher angle.

The TED earrings are all made as one-offs, so there is only one of each colour combination. When choosing your pair from the drop-down menu, note that they are described in the manner of colour of large main triangle/ colour of left smaller triangle/ colour of right small triangle. For instance, the pair modelled would be cyan/pink/red.
